| Info | The driving force behind Human Resource Development Services is Martin Mc Afee, someone with huge passion and flair for development learning and development. Having spent over sixteen years in the workplace developing his own skills and knowledge, he started HRDS in 2005 to help others learn and grow in their service careers.
Martin spent three years at IHMES International Hotel School Isle of Man, where he designed and delivered practical and theory based training for food and beverage operations, food and beverage management, conference and banqueting management and customer care.
It was here, Martin achieved the award of HND in Hospitality Management which subsequently led on to BSc International Hospitality Management at the University of Ulster. For Trainer Accreditation, Martin holds a professional Train the Trainer Certificate, the Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector Award and is working towards Qualified Teacher status (QTLS) for the Learning and Skills Sector.
